Use a versatile file viewer
Drag And View is an excellent way to view just about any type of file. It's particularly useful when you want to view a file but don't have or don't want to run the program that created it. Just about every popular file format is supported. Graphics formats include .gif, .jpg, .pcx, .bmp, and more; word-processing formats include Microsoft Word and Works files, WordPerfect, AMI Pro, and more; and database and spreadsheet files include .dbf, FoxPro, Excel, Clipper, Quattro Pro, and more. You can also view the contents of archived files (ZIP and LZH) and a number of other file formats. Drag And View attaches itself to the context menu, so all you have to do is click on a filename in Explorer and select the Drag And View option. The graphics viewer in particular is very good, allowing you to manipulate graphics in many ways. As a screen-capture utility, Drag And View will let you capture windows, rectangles, or the entire screen with great ease.
